After Phnom Penh it was time to travel to Koh Samui, Thailand! We reached Koh Samui in the Sunday evening. So we just settled down in our room and had a good night of sleep. I was so tired after our flights that can't even believe. Also because we had to wait in the airport for our flight departure 7hours, you can believe that it is tiring. Well, on Monday morning we headed breakfast in the hotel. It was quite good! The omelets were the best I have ever tried! :) With cheese and ham! Yammy!
Soon it was time to go and relax at the pool. It was quite nice, we had a poolbar and also jacuzzi in the pool. The poolarea wasn't too big so it was good. They had really good music playing by the pool. The bartender was quite funny, 'cause he was singing and dancing to the music! :D 
After spending 2hours by the pool, we decided to go to the beach near our hotel. We had a free shuttle service to the center. The beach was so nice. The water was bright blue and the sand was white! Beach was really long and we walked almost from one end to the other.. But in the other end the beach wasn't anymore so nice, there was more bars by the beach and the water wasn't deep. I almost bought one shirt from the beach but the woman was asking too high price for it, so I left it there. I'm little bit sad because we hadn't time to go back to the beach after our first visit.
On Tuesday we did a sightseeing tour around the Koh Samui. We visited the buddha, view point, grandmother & grandfather rocks, monkey show, waterfalls and some other places, but don't remember the names :) The rocks were funny, there was old story behind the rocks, but I can't remember the whole story so I don't write it here :)
The waterfall was nice, but it was smaller than the one in Koh Chang which I visited last year, but still it was beautiful. When we were reaching the end of our tour of course it started raining, so we didn't have a chance to go to the beach again. Instead we went walking the mainstreet and saw the shops. I went to salon to dye my hair and afterwards we went to have a Thai massage. It was good, but different from the normal massage. They twisted your body in odd positions but it was still relaxing. I will do it again when I go to Thailand. I almost got a new tattoo to my back but they were asking too high price for a small one, so I decided to get it in Pattaya.
On Wednesday it was time to back our stuff and fly back to Singapore again. Before that I went to dye my hair again, because it was too dark, almost black. Marlen stayed at the hotel by the pool. For me, the Koh Samui was really nice experience and I believe I will go there back someday and stay a little bit longer! <3
